The clinic was very welcoming with lots of transient staff that at the time were wonderful. It is a very busy clinic with multimorbid patients often requiring emergency care. There are no appointment bookings, in that way it is run as a mix up between an urgent care centre and a GP clinic. Patients need to be triaged by reception however reception aren't clinically trained and so the triaging can sometimes be very inacurate. It's also tropical medicine which adds another facet to the game. You live in community and so that comes with all the complexities involved with living in community. But the town is lovely, people are very kind and welcoming.
